Private Housing

Bracewell Stirling has the experience and skills to meet the requirements of today’s housing developers. We relish the challenge of difficult and sensitive development opportunities, such as brownfield and town centre sites, using sound knowledge of current planning criteria to craft innovative and rewarding solutions.

Our strategy is to build relationships with all the parties involved, from local authorities across the country, to local communities. First class in-house technical services and graphics produce clear, inspirational presentations, as we know that effective communication leads to the best value solution.

Our knowledge and understanding of current government legislation and planning guidance enables us to respond to opportunities to develop sustainable communities and to maximise site potential. We have a breadth of knowledge throughout and can introduce the design disciplines of masterplanning, urban regeneration, and affordable and specialist housing into schemes. Our reputation is based on solid credentials, earned over many years of working with the best developers in the business.
